A Truly Delightful Dining Experience! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The owner was incredibly friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Every dish we ordered was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor โ€” you can tell they use fresh, high-quality ingredients. The red snapper fish was a standout, perfectly cooked and seasoned. The ambiance was just right for a relaxed evening out, with pleasant background music. It's clear that this restaurant takes pride not only in its food but also in creating a memorable experience for its guests. We'll be back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal in a welcoming setting!

Yesterday I went to ginger bits with my family. I never had hatitian food before. I enjoy what I got. We all had different dish. We had the fish, chicken, oxtail, and goat. Everything was made to order and fresh. The owner was very sweet and nice. She explain what everything was. Me not a pork eater she told to stay away from the black rice I did. The drinks was good also. If am ever in the area again I would go back again. This place a must win. Love to support our people .

I ordered a turkey entree for a coworker, and he was absolutely over the moon about the taste. He said he loves the way the food was packaged as well and will bring his family to dine here in the future. I haven't tried their food yet but I will very soon!

I really enjoy eating at Ginger Bite. This is authentic Haitian foodโ€”just like my grandmother used to make. As soon as you walk into the restaurant, you're greeted by the rich, inviting aroma of good Haitian cooking. I especially loved the red snapper the legume and the shrimp with black rice Djon Drojnโ€”both were absolutely delicious and full of flavor. This is truly authentic Haitian cuisine. I can confidently say this is the **best Haitian food in New York**. **Marie Michelle** clearly knows what sheโ€™s doingโ€”she cooks with heart, and you can taste the love in every bite. The food is flavorful, comforting, and made with care. Iโ€™m so excited to take her cooking class in October!!!!!!
